Catering & Event Bookings

Submitting a catering quote request through the Site is a request only, not a confirmed booking. Bookings are confirmed once we've followed up directly with you and, where applicable, received a deposit. Our Refund Policy covers cancellations and rescheduling.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, logos, images, and recipes — is owned by Roja or used with permission, and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written consent.

Disclaimer

Our coffee products contain caffeine. We make no medical claims about our products, and they aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Consult a doctor if you have concerns about caffeine consumption.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roja is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, beyond the amount you paid for the applicable order.
